she is clad in red velvet, in the original. it is a jean paul gaultier ad for something, titled "The Huntress". can't remember what magazine it came from. this image looked ok on my ipod so i think it will be fine on normal monitors (sans mine). i started drawing this i think, back in july? but then my wrist injury took a turn for the worse and i ceased all drawing productions. but now that my wrist is healing, thank you Lyrica(tm), i started to work on it again. actually, this is one of the few drawings that i wanted to finish. and i enjoyed drawing it. maybe it was because it's something different than my norm. i don't know. it is also the first original that will probably be sold. i have a buyer already, and he's letting me choose the amount. ??? i said $6,000 but i think that might be pushing it. 9"x12" strathmore drawing paper (brown shade) 2B mechanical pencil (.07) HB mechanical pencil (.03) 2H regular pencil q-tips/tissue paper/stub things total i think i spent over a day drawing this |
